New Release of our Manufacturing Business Architecture Framework (version 3.2.2)

Take a look at the most recent release of our Manufacturing Business Architecture Framework. Version 3.2.2 is now delivered with over 2,950 business capabilities, over 1,000 information types, 37 detailed value streams, and over 400 diagrams.
 

The Manufacturing Business Architecture Reference Framework consists of over 2,950 business capabilities that are several levels deep. Business capabilities are segmented into 8 tiers, including Manufacturing, Client-Driven, Marketing and Sales, Human Resources, Strategy, Enterprise Support, Finance and  Accounting, and Governance and Compliance. The Excel file includes the level, the nomenclature, a detailed description of each business capability, and cross-map relationships to value streams/value stages, and information concepts.

The Manufacturing Business Architecture Reference Framework consists of over 1,000 information types that are several levels deep. The manufacturing information types are currently segmented into 24 level-1 information types.

The Excel file includes the level, the nomenclature, a detailed description of each information type, and cross-map relationships to value streams/value stages, and business capabilities.

The Manufacturing Business Architecture Reference Framework consists of 37 customer-driven, strategic, or supporting detailed value streams, with their participating stakeholders. 19 of these value streams are linked to their enabling capabilities.  16 of these value streams are linked to their required information type.

The Excel file includes the nomenclature, a detailed description of each value stream/value stage, and cross-map relationships to business capabilities, stakeholders, and information type.
